The story takes place in the 60s of the twentieth century. A hardworking innkeeper tries his best to give his child everything he can for his upbringing and education. But no one takes the guy seriously. Every person in the town of Siegheilkirchen calls an unhappy child a "Snotty Boy." The little hero himself is trying to protest against the restriction of the minds of the townspeople. He tries to make everyone understand what is really going on in his mind.
